Members must commit to at least 3 months when signing up. Members may rollover any unused services to the following month or bank your money to upgrade to any service available in your membership. Services accrued can be transferred to any client 3 times per a 12 month period. Membership pricing cannot be combined with any other promos. All memberships are final sale, no refunds. 30 days notice required to cancel membership. In the event that a membership is canceled with accrued services still available, accrued services will stay on the member’s account. Birthday freebies must be redeemed during birthday month only.
