As a courtesy to other salon guests and for safety/insurance liability reasons, we kindly request that no extra guests join you, including children, unless they are being serviced. Our salon space is small and seating is limited. In the event that an extra guest joins you, they may be asked to wait outside to leave seating for our guests with an appointment. As much as we would love to be as accommodating as possible, unfortunately our salon space can be a danger zone for children with hot tools, shears, etc. If you bring your children, we may have to reschedule your appointment to a time where you can come alone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us. However, we ask that you give us a fair warning of a 48 hour notice to cancel your appointment as a courtesy to your stylist. Please understand that without giving enough notice, we miss an opportunity to fill that appointment time. With a deposit on file, you must cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. If it is less than 48 hour notice, your deposit will be nonrefundable/nontransferable. No shows and same day reschedules are included under this policy and will require another deposit.
Hair products with low usage must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund with a receipt. Hair products with low usage will be available for store credit towards hair products or in exchange for equal or less value within 30 days. After 30 days, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Skin Care Return Policy: All skin care products are final sale. The only exception will be if a skincare product causes a reaction within 7 days and we receive a photo of the reaction to submit a claim to the skin care company.
Our hairstylists are trained to give thorough consultations as well as have their clients fill out a consultation form to ensure clients are on the same page. In the event that a client’s results do not align with the details provided in the consultation, Salon Blissful must be contacted within a week and we will be more than happy to correct any issues. We do not offer refunds for any hair services. All treatments provided by our estheticians and nurse injectors are nonrefundable. Results are variable from person to person and most services may require multiple treatments to achieve desired results. Our estheticians and nurse injectors will help come up with a game plan to help reach desired results
All new clients will be required to put down a $50 deposit to book an appointment. Balayage, babylights, injections, and select facial services will always require a deposit. If a client has a history of no call, no show or less than 48 hour notice cancellations, a nonrefundable deposit will automatically be required a deposit each appointment.
