Hi I’m Vanessa! I have been a licensed hairstylist for the last 11 years. I have enjoyed growing, learning and increasing my skills over time. One thing I enjoy, and intend to continue, is exposing myself to all the latest industry methods and education, to maximize my ability to help clients in every way possible in the industry. My skillset includes balayages, highlights, full colors and haircuts. During the pandemic in 2020, I expanded my licensure to include Barbering! It brings me immense joy to use my craft and do the work that I have dreamed of doing since I was a child. I am a first-generation stylist, and I hope to pass on my skills to many other generations to come. When I am not at the salon, I enjoy creating a relaxing ambiance at home, snuggling with my pup, cooking and connecting with the people closest to me. I also dedicate a lot of my time to nurturing my relationships within my church community. My faith is a very large and a wonderful part of my life, that allows me to engage my craft and my clients with integrity, compassion, and diligence. As a licensed hairstylist, I am familiar with most products in the industry. Currently, my most loved products are 1) Kenra’s Dry Texture Spray, 2) Kenra’s Color Charge Spray, and 3) Any of our Salvatore Tanino Line! The texture spray’s flexible grip is something I adore! Whether hair is straightened or curled, this is the ideal balance of texture! One of my favorite things about the Color Charge Spray is its aroma! It serves as a heat protectant in addition to giving hair long-lasting color.Last but not least, the greatest natural hair products are available in our Salvatore range, ensuring the healthiest possible hair! Ultimately, I would say that the highlight of my career is getting to meet, and continuing to get to know, those who sit in my chair! It really is a beautiful thing!!
